& Rad Delaroderie. The nominees from eight public high schools attend, accompanied by
a school representative of each student's choice. All students are introduced and the
Youth of Month selection is announced. This is the final Youth of the Month Program. The
selectees from all six Youth of Month Programs will return for the Youth of the Year
selection.
