• Club Board Meeting -- St. Luke Ministry Center -- Immediately following the regular club meeting. Board members are asked to gather at head table.  --   Members of the 2009-2010 and 2010-2011 boards are to attend.

• Program Development Meeting (PDM) for 2010 - 2011
  • Location:  Rad Deladerio's home, 1892 Hwy 315, Fortson, GA 31808
    • North on River Road; Right on Hwy 315.  Or
    • North on I-185; at Exit 19, left on Hwy 315.
  • Located S of Hwy 315 within "ballpark" of mile marker 2; Large, black, well-labeled mailbox in front.

• Time:  9 AM - Noon.

• Who Should Attend:
  • The club board members, committee chairs for programs, committee chairs for fund raisers, and all other interested members are strongly encouraged to attend.

  24th    Annual Installation Banquet  --  2010--2011 Year

• Time:          Social  6:30 PM                       Dinner 7:00 PM

• Details:

• Reservations are required -- due by June 18.

  • Point of Contact is Dan Scoggins --  dscoggins@wcbradley.com.  

  • Cost per guest is $20.00.

• Location -- WC Bradley Museum,1017 Front St.

  • Parking along street and in parking garage across Front St.

  • Enter the museum at / or near the large ship's anchor in front of the door.                       

• Dress -- Business / church casual

• Dinner -- 

  • Catered by Joni Ressmeyer of Farm Friends.

  • Menu --Chicken Marsala, oven roasted potatoes, steamed vegetables in lemon butter,rolls, Lisa's slad, peach cobbler with vanilla ice cream, coffee, and tea.
