- Meeting Cancelled -- Christmas Social this evening
- The Exchange Club Christmas Social will be Thursday,
December 2, 2010 at 6:00PM in the Family Theatre located in the basement of the Rose
Hill Baptist Church on Hamilton Road. The dinner (6:30) will be catered, followed by the
stage play, (TBD), at 7:30PM.
- The Exchange Club will pay for the dinner and performance
for members. Exchangites will be billed for guests. The cost will be about $25 per guest.
- Reservations must be made ahead by contacting Sandra or
Gary Nearhoof. Phone: 706. 569.1063, 706.748.2500 Ext 104. Email: Puftons@aol.com, or at a
regular club meeting.
- Deadline for making and / or cancelling reservations is
Sunday, 9:00 PM, November 28. The club will be liable for reservations on hand at this
time. Thusly, the sponsoring club member will be charged for guest reservations not
cancelled by this deadline.

Immediately following the regular club meeting. Board members are asked to gather at head
table. Meeting will be brief.

- Annual Bi-City Christmas Parade - - Exchangite Richard
Fowler. The club's GIVEAKIDAFLAGTOWAVE Program of walking in the parade and handing
out American flags to children along the route. Additional details to be
announced later in the Member Area of this web site.

- Exchangites will participate in the club's Service to
Seniors project beginning at 7 AM at Winn- Dixie on Veterans' Pky. From there the group
will move to the F.O.P. Lodge off Whitesville Rd. In conjunction with the F.O.P. members,
food baskets will be prepared for subsequent delivery to needy Columbus families in marked
police cars with police officers and Exchangites. See Member Area of this web site for
